For Extended Stay’s and Monthly Rates Sites range from from $850-1350 monthly, call for more INFO! Electrical flat fees of:(May-Oct: $225 / Nov-April: $150)
Occupancy & Guests: Maximum of 3 people per site. Please contact us directly if you have more than 3 (Additional guests: $25 per person).
- RV’s over 10 years old must be approved by management; please call our office prior to arrival.
- All gray tanks must be emptied prior to entering the resort.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in will receive a refund of all amounts paid, less a $25 cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.
By completing your reservation, whether booked online or directly through Willow Run RV Resort staff, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
