Registration and Quiet Time
CHECK-IN TIME: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Please check in at office upon arrival)
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM
QUIET TIME: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
RV must be set up before quiet time begins. Quiet time hours are strictly enforced. If you need to arrive after check-in time, please contact management. Otherwise, you will not be able to enter the campground and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Occupants
Standard site rate includes two persons. Additional adults, children, or visitors incur additional charges.
Max of 2 adults and a total of 4 occupants per site.
Each occupant over the age of 18 must provide the office with a copy of government-issued ID.
Early Departure
No prorating for early departure.
If guest vacates site without providing notice of intent to return, and site remains vacant for more than 48 hours, the site will be considered vacated and available to rent to others.
General Rules
These rules are established to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and peacefulness. Please observe a “Good Neighbor Policy” to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. Management observes a “no-nonsense” approach to the rules, and your compliance will help ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
Children & Visitors
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult while in the common areas.
All visitors must check in at the office and comply with park rules/policies.
You are responsible for actions of your children and visitors.
Visitors are not allowed to use pool or other facilities without prior approval by management.
Grounds
Speed limit is 5 mph.
Do not walk through occupied or unoccupied sites. Please use the roads and paths provided.
Facilities
All buildings, pool, and pavilion are SMOKE-FREE and PET-FREE.
Please clean up after using the facilities (rinse shower, sink, etc.) and leave them as you would like to find them.
Guests use facilities at their own risk. Secure valuables.
Noise Control and Guest Interactions
No generators, fireworks, or loud music.
Common courtesy shall prevail. Respect privacy. No abusive, harassing, threatening, or profane language or actions.
If law enforcement is called regarding a disturbance at your site, you will be required to vacate the property.
Pet Rules
Limit of two pets per site. Additional pets require approval.
Pets must be on a leash (6 ft. or shorter) when outside.
No pets in bathrooms, pool, or community buildings. Pets may NOT be left outside unattended.
Owners must clean up after pets. A $25 fine will be assessed for improper disposal.
No washing pet bedding in laundry rooms. Use outdoor spigot.
Aggressive breeds or animals not allowed. Management may require removal. Excessive barking is not allowed.
Prohibited
No BB guns, pellet guns, air guns, paintball guns, or archery.
No peddling, soliciting, or business enterprise. No signs for sale of products, services, or RVs.
No illegal drugs.
Your Site
Outdoor items must be neat. No items on the grass.
No clotheslines.
No burning except small fire pits (subject to manager approval). Portable grills allowed.
No stakes, nails, or flags in the ground (sprinkler lines are shallow). No cutting trees or dumping hazardous materials.
No sheds, decks, tents, tarps, hot tubs, or utility buildings unless approved.
No subletting or renting your space or RV.
RV must not extend past the limestone border. Granite area must be clean. No sod or soil-based plants on granite.
Temporary pet fences allowed only with approval. Must be attractive and under 36 inches tall.
US and Texas flags allowed. Others require approval.
Utilities and RV Sewage
Texas law requires a sewer hose seal (threaded connector/rubber donut).
Do not put feminine products, grease, diapers, cat litter, paper towels, wipes, plastics, or hazardous items down the drain. Use RV toilet paper only.
Utility lines must be positioned neatly on concrete or granite. Must be leak-free and up to code.
Vehicles
One RV and two passenger vehicles allowed per site. Must fit without protruding.
Extra vehicles/trailers require approval and designated parking (fee may apply).
No parking on grass, gravel, mulch, or vacant sites. Violations billed.
No vehicle repairs unless approved. Leaks must be cleaned immediately (cleanup fee applies).
Washing vehicles, RV, or patio requires approval and a $15 water fee.
RVs over 10 years old require management approval with photos.
RV must be kept clean, in good repair, and have current registration.
Waste Disposal
Only household trash allowed in dumpsters.
Boxes must be broken down.
No unapproved items in or around dumpsters. Violators will be billed.
No leaving trash outside overnight.
Damages and Liability
Guests use facilities at their own risk. Management assumes no liability for loss/damage to property, RV, pets, or persons.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, visitors, pets, or belongings.
Management is not responsible for fire, wind, theft, weather, or other catastrophic events.
Right to Refuse/Vacate/Deny Access
This is private property. Management reserves the right to refuse services or access.
Guests may be asked to leave without refund for rule violations, disturbances, or unpaid balances.
Advance notice required if you plan to move RV and return. If no notice is given, site will be considered vacated and available for rent.
Policy Changes
Management reserves the right to change rules or policies at any time without prior notice.
